Digital Restaurant Menu Management System

A Major Sweden based Restaurant Management Company

This client wanted a centralized solution for managing enterprise-wide restaurant menus to reduce overhead and foster brand consistency. The menus are created through a single administration panel and displayed electronically at branches via Android TV boxes. Custom code was used, and menus can be customized depending on the restaurant’s location.

• Menus printed on Panaflex require individual updates for every price adjustment.
• Updating promotions became untenable even in restaurants where USB devices were used for digital menus.

The solution used Kotlin, SQLite, React JS, ASP.Net, and SQL Server Database.

Digital Dividend designed and developed an Android application for managing menus on Android TV Boxes. Various tech stacks were used. The system adds items to existing menus, creates unique entries for individual branches, and in the process, saves time and increases brand equity, all from a centralized admin panel.
