Project at a Glance
This client provides luxurious chauffeured transportation on a rental basis. Until Digital Dividend became involved, the client only managed intake manually through phone calls, email, and social networks. The competitive disadvantage was corrected when our team created sales and management solutions for the web and mobile applications.

TECHNOLOGY SELECTION
An in-depth evaluation of requirements led us to select React JS, ASP.Net, and SQL Server Database as our development tools. We use Google Services API’s to support GPS and maps and provide real-time tracking of limousines. Authorize.net was selected to manage transactions.
SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION
Digital Dividend designed and developed web and mobile applications using two distinct phases.
PHASE 1: We provided a web application to manage customer orders. We created the order management features in this phase and exposed the capability in an admin panel. Ordering takes place in a responsive web application.
PHASE 2: An on-demand model facilitates limousine bookings through mobile applications that function equally well on Android and iOS. The mobile application consists of a customer application and a driver’s guide. Customers book a luxury vehicle. The driver accepts bookings, and both consumer and driver get tracked in Google Map APIs. The customer then uses the ride for desired hours, and upon completion, fees get deducted from the customer account. Digital Dividend implemented payment gateways (Authorize.net, Paypal, and stripe). Implementation of custom reports is available to the client upon request.
